Teacher Education Innovation CenterDivision of Planning and Assessment

The Division of Planning and Assessment focuses on systematically preparing for evaluations of teacher education institutions and on continuously enhancing the quality of education within the College of Education. Its primary goals include advancing student-centered education and improving overall student satisfaction. The Division analyzes best practices from domestic and international teacher education institutions and applies these findings to program improvement efforts.

In close collaboration with the Ministry of Education and partner schools, the Division identifies and develops various initiatives for teacher preparation, formulates new evaluation indicators aligned with evolving educational environments, and improves curricula and administrative processes through regular feedback systems.

In addition, the Division develops practice-oriented research and educational programs each year to strengthen the practical teaching competencies of prospective teachers. Through these efforts, the Division aims to ensure that students completing teacher education programs acquire the qualifications, professionalism, and creative problem-solving abilities required to lead future education.
