The Division of Foundational Education establishes the direction and goals for cultivating future-oriented teachers, with a particular focus on developing educational programs that strengthen prospective teachers' critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Since 2023, the courses Experience and Growth (경험과 성장) and Collaboration and Growth (협력과 성장) have been offered to first-year students, providing opportunities to explore real issues in school settings and collaboratively develop solutions grounded in academic inquiry. In addition, through the TEIC Prospective Teacher Lesson Inquiry Contest, students are encouraged to experience the full cycle of lesson design, analysis, and feedback, enabling them to develop both professional teaching competencies and self-reflection skills.
