The Division of Field Experiences operates a variety of service-learning and practicum programs designed to enhance prospective teachers' instructional expertise and adaptability to real classroom environments. In particular, it promotes educational service activities in collaboration with local communities, systematically supporting prospective teachers in gaining substantial, hands-on experience in actual school settings. In addition, by providing structured practicum logs and manuals, the division ensures a coherent practicum process—from preparation to post-practicum reflection—enabling students not only to complete field experiences but also to transform them into meaningful opportunities for learning and growth.
